Hi Boys and Girls,
Been away for a while and thought I'd try to get my account up again. I think I tried once last year, but it seemed like there was little or no support. I couldn't figure out who to ask to reset my password to my main account. I can get into my alts, but no dice with main even though I have my email and character name. I'm installing the game as I type this and I'm going to try to submit a claim, but none of my accounts are linked to gw2 yet. Will they still be able to help? Anyone else been able to get their pw reset recently. TIA |

GW1 support can be found at guildwars.zendesk.com. However, that now tells you to go here, which looks like what you need. I don't have GW2 either but can log in. You used to be able to do it through the NC Soft account system but you can't anymore.

[email protected] is what i used for my non linked Mule Account, it took around a week to get it sorted(just slow emails), other then that it was really helpful, I also used Character Name, Email and added one of my access keys that i used to start the mule account to make things run quicker(less emails).
